Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel is conveniently located with spacious and comfortable rooms, suitable for individuals and groups. The service is friendly and accommodating, and the surrounding area offers a variety of dining and shopping options. However, there are minor issues with noise levels during the summer months.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, near downtown Whitehorse and close to great restaurants and attractions. The rooms, while small and occasionally noisy from above, had useful amenities like a full kitchen, refrigerator, and air conditioning. The service was excellent, with friendly and accommodating staff, although some seemed a bit robotic. The dining experience was adequate but not exceptional, and the facilities were satisfactory.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, right on Main St in Whitehorse. The dining experience was a highlight, especially enjoying the fresh local fish dishes.
The hotel offers larger rooms than regular city hotels, with variable sizes ranging from standard to king suites. While there are no deluxe rooms available, the rooms are spacious and provide a comfortable stay. The service was excellent, with staff going above and beyond to assist guests, although some minor issues with room allocation were experienced. The location is central and convenient for exploring the downtown area, with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants, although a slight inconvenience with a delayed flower delivery was noted. The dining options, while not opening at 7 am as expected, offered seasonal products. The hotel's facilities are suitable for a pleasant stay.
The hotel is centrally located in downtown Whitehorse, close to various restaurants and attractions like the SS Klondike, making it convenient for touring the area. The rooms were clean and equipped with a microwave and fridge, allowing us to prepare meals, yet the lack of A/C was a downside, only offering a fan that blew cold air all night. The service was friendly and accommodating, with staff happily assisting us with restaurant recommendations and even taking our photo at the lobby. The dining experience was satisfactory, although we found the portions slightly small. The odd parking situation, where we were directed somewhat far from the hotel when towing a trailer, posed an inconvenience.
The hotel rooms were spacious with two queen beds, very comfortable, and clean, although near the noise from air conditioners.
