The hotel is conveniently located with spacious and comfortable rooms, suitable for individuals and groups. The service is friendly and accommodating, and the surrounding area offers a variety of dining and shopping options. However, there are minor issues with noise levels during the summer months.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, near downtown Whitehorse and close to great restaurants and attractions. The rooms, while small and occasionally noisy from above, had useful amenities like a full kitchen, refrigerator, and air conditioning. The service was excellent, with friendly and accommodating staff, although some seemed a bit robotic. The dining experience was adequate but not exceptional, and the facilities were satisfactory.

The odd parking situation, where we were directed somewhat far from the hotel when towing a trailer, posed an inconvenience.
